U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE ) — part of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) — recently hosted its 2018 IPR Symposium on the role of social media in the fight against counterfeits. The participants discussed strategies for brands and retailers to identify target audiences on social media, develop effective messaging and use social media as a public education tool.
