In honor of Black History Month, we’re celebrating Harriette B. Johns of Ebony Fashion Fair. Ms. Johns was a fashion icon and commentator for the Ebony Fashion Fair — shaping history on the runway for women of color for decades. The Ebony Fashion Fair traveled to 30 cities and raised millions in funds for organizations committed to advancing educational opportunities for African Americans.

Ms. Johns was a graduate of Fisk University and she also served as a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and The Links, Incorporated.
